The Company is not responsible for platform outages, account suspensions, or changes to third-party terms of service that may affect the client’s digital presence.
5. Limitation of Liability
Refund Policy - the basics
1. Consultation Sessions
Payments for one-time strategy sessions or audits are non-refundable once the session has been completed or the audit document has been delivered.
* Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
* Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% forfeiture of the session fee.
2. Monthly Retainer Services
Due to the nature of ongoing management and the immediate allocation of resources, monthly retainer fees are non-refundable.
* Termination: Clients may cancel their monthly contract by providing written notice 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
* Work Completed: No refunds will be issued for work already performed, content already created, or hours already logged during the current billing period.
3. Strategic Digital Products
All digital downloads, templates, and pre-recorded strategy guides are final sale. Because these assets are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," no refunds will be granted once access is provided.
